15-Day Return Policy (Perfumes)
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1️⃣ Eligibility for Return
• The return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
• The perfume must contain more than 90% of its original content.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including box and all accessories.
• The item must not be damaged, scratched, altered, tampered with, or misused.
• Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased under promotional offers, special discounts, clearance sales, bundle deals, or limited-time campaigns.
• Perfumes containing less than 90% of original content.
• Used, damaged, tampered, or mishandled items.
• Items returned due to change of mind.
3️⃣ Delivery & Shipping Charges
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• In case of approved returns, only the product amount will be refunded.
• Both forward delivery and return courier charges are strictly non-refundable.
4️⃣ Damaged Items Policy
• If the returned product is received damaged, broken, leaking, scratched, or improperly packed by the customer, no refund will be issued.
• Any damage occurring during return shipment due to improper packaging by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
• Cost of damaged or unsellable items will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5️⃣ Return Process
Step 1:
Customer must contact us within 15 days with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos showing bottle level and packaging condition
Step 2:
If the request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Step 3:
Customer must ship the product back at their own cost using a trackable courier service.
6️⃣ Inspection & Refund
• All returned items will undergo quality inspection within 3–5 working days of receipt.
• If the product meets all return criteria, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
• If the product fails inspection, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

The final decision regarding approval or rejection of any return request rests solely with our quality inspection team.
