At Scent N Scentora, we aim to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. However, if you wish to cancel your perfume order, please read our cancellation terms carefully:

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched.

To cancel, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, a full refund (if prepaid) will be processed within 3–5 business days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

You may, however, refuse the delivery at the time of arrival. In that case, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (for prepaid orders).

3. Custom & Sale Orders

Orders placed during sales, promotions, or with discount codes cannot be canceled once confirmed.

Customized or gift-wrapped perfumes are also not eligible for cancellation.
